Refund Policy

Effective date: March 31, 2026

The Short Version

ParkingFight delivers digital products (appeal letters) immediately upon payment. Because delivery is instant, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we stand behind our service: if we failed to deliver what you paid for, we will make it right.

When We Do Not Issue Refunds

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • You received your letter but chose not to file it. That is your decision, not a failure of our service.
  • Your appeal was denied. Appeal outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the reviewing authority’s discretion and your specific evidence. We make no guarantee of outcome.
  • You changed your mind after the letter was generated.
  • You provided incorrect ticket information and received a letter based on what you entered.

When We Do Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase in the following circumstances:

  • City not supported. You paid for a letter but we were unable to generate one because your city is not in our system.
  • Technical failure. A verified technical error on our end prevented your letter from being delivered or downloaded.

To request a refund under either of these exceptions, email appeals@parkingfight.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order email address and a brief description of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is 5–7 business days from the date of approval, depending on your card issuer or bank.

All Plans

All ParkingFight plans are one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Each purchase covers one parking ticket.
